Granting Delegate Access to Cloudflare

Granting Glimmernet access to your Cloudflare account is the easiest way to allow us to manage your DNS, security settings, and performance configuration while you maintain complete ownership of your account. With member access we don’t need to know your username or password, which makes for a more secure solution.

This article is specific to Cloudflare. We also have articles for GoDaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions, Gandi, and Microsoft 365.

How to add Glimmernet as a member of your Cloudflare account

  1. Log in to your Cloudflare account at dash.cloudflare.com
  2. Click on your account name in the top left to go to your account home
  3. Select Manage Account from the left navigation
  4. Click Members
  5. Click Invite Members
  6. Enter [email protected] as the email address
  7. Set the role to Administrator
  8. Click Send Invite

A note on roles

Cloudflare offers several permission levels. Administrator gives Glimmernet the access needed to manage DNS records, security settings, and performance configuration on your behalf. It does not give us access to your billing information or the ability to remove you from your own account.

Important note

After you send the invitation, an email will be sent to a Glimmernet mailbox that isn’t constantly monitored throughout the day. Please email your account representative to let them know you have sent the invitation so that we can accept it right away.
